Ford’s Service Price Promise

With Ford’s Service Price Promise, Ford will publish the maximum price you will pay for a standard A or B logbook service at a Participating Authorised Ford Dealer. This will provide you with peace of mind knowing that whatever participating Dealer you have your car serviced with, you will not pay more than the stated maximum for the logbook component of the service. Program covers most Ford vehicles (built post 2007).

RMS Roadworthy Certificate

Come into City Ford Rockdale Service Department for an RMS Roadworthy Certficate.

The inspection is a check of the vehicle to ensure that key components have not worn or deteriorated and that the vehicle is safe for normal road use.
A roadworthy inspection mainly covers the major safety related items.

I just wanted to drop you this email to bring your attention to the level of customer service from Gino Mancini today.

Approximately about 30 minutes ago, I dropped by City Ford Rockdale for an unplanned visit as I had issues with my Bluetooth connection on my Ford Mondeo. Gino saw that I had not been attended to & was standing around. Gino took the opportunity to ask if I had needed help as he was going about doing his job. Despite his busy schedule,  Gino was willingly stopped & went to the Ford Mondeo to assist with my Bluetooth. Gino explained what the potential issues would be & the steps needed to rectify the issues. Gino then went about & fixed the Bluetooth problem in no time.

This level of service from Gino Mancini was EXCELLENT. Gino went out of his ways  “TO GO ABOVE & BEYOND” his normal duties to assist “the stranded motorist”. This level of service needs to be shared & recognised by City Ford Rockdale management & all the staff. I strongly believe Gino Mancini need to be recognised openly to encourage him & his colleagues to continue to perform at this high level of customer service.

May I also take this opportunity to recognise the level of service from Fred Jeanes today also. I wanted to praise Gino Mancini’s performance & Fred was readily available to praise Gino. As the current Ford marketing campaign states “THAT’S WHAT SERVICE SHOULD BE”. I strongly feel that this clearly applies to Gino Mancini’s Customer Service. I am currently have my car service here & will continue to do so for future services.
